OWERRI, Imo, Nigeria – Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha seems to have conferred on Uriel, the Big Brother Naija queen , the official face of the upcoming Imo State Carnival.
Uriel, who was at the Imo State Government house took photograhs during the visit with which she announced the development in the social media.
“Thank you Gov Owelle Rochas Okorocha. Time to plan the Imo State Carnival”, Uriel who is the Fashion Ambassador of Payporte wrote.
Payporte is the official sponsor of Big Brother Naija, BBN.
