December 05, 2015 – Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Chief Serena Dokubo has been placed under house arrest by security opera tives drafted by the Federal Government to supervise the election.
Early this morning security operatives including officials of the Department of State Security Serviece (DSS) were sighted laying siege in his resident while heavy shooting continues.
All efforts to speak to the security operatives have failed. Meanwhile the chairman has sent out an urgent SOS saying his life was in danger.
