LAGOS, Nigeria – It was another time for detailed revelation of the alleged sexual onslaught of Nollywood actor, Olarenwaju Omiyinka James better known as Baba Ijesha  against a minor at the Ikeja Sexual Offences Court on Tuesday.

It was Mrs. Anike Ajayi-Kayode, a child forensic expert and  Executive  Director of  Cece Yara Foundation, who revealed  details of what transpired between Baba Ijesha and the under-aged girl  when she had a session with her after the matter was referred to her office by the Special Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) of the Lagos State Police Command.

Ajayi-Kayode who  was being led in evidence by Director of Public Prosecution,  Mrs.  Olayinka Adeyemi,  said the accused, Baba Ijesha  engaged the child in sexual activities twice when she was seven years old.”

According to Ajayi-Kayode,  the child told her that during the first  encounter,  the aggressor told  her to “remove her pant, put her on his lap and rubbed his manhood against her body” and instructed her not to tell anybody.   The second attempt, she revealed was April 19.

“The  perpetrator “inserted his car keys into her vagina” and also told her not to tell anybody and that the  modus operandi of perpetrators was “secrecy, intimidation, threat or coercion”.

She said the actions of the defendant were “similar to that exhibited by child abusers all over the world”  adding that after interviewing the child, she conducted forensic Investigation on her and wrote report on her findings, compressed in a flash drive.  The report and flash driver were admitted as exhibit H and H1. Justice  Yetunde Taiwo  has adjourned to October 20 and 21 for cross examination of the forensic expert by the defence.
