October 30, 2015 – As part of on-going re-organization in Nigeria Customs Service, 34 Senior Officers have been retired from Service with immediate effect. The re-organization of the Service is one of the core mandates of the Comptroller-General of Customs, Col. Hameed Ali (Rtd). Emmanuel Thomas, Lagos October 30, 2015 – Chairman OF the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS), Mr. Olufolarin Ogunsanwo has said that the state government has been able to capture about 4.5 million residents of the state in its tax net out of 8 million taxable adults but that 3.5 million people do not pay tax. October 30, 2015 – Not less than 250 Jehovah’s Witnesses who were displaced by flood and explosion in Ghana early this year have been rehabilitated by the local branch of the organisation. The flooding of June 4, 2015 caused an explosion at a petrol station that damaged pipes in Adabraka, cutting off the area’s water supply. They were affected by the sad incident.
