Nigeria, April 13, 2016 – Amnesty International (AI) has called on the Nigerian Army to investigate circumstances surrounding the massacre of 347 Shi’ites by the military. China,April 13, 2016 – At least 18 workers are feared to have been killed and about several others injured in Guangdong Province when a construction crane collapsed. We gathered that collapse of the crane was caused by a gale which hit the crane forcing it to cave at about 5:40am. Video footage by China’s state news agency, Xinhua showed an ambulance rushing those badly injured to a nearby hospital.
