MUSHIN, Lagos, Nigeria – The National Legal Adviser of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Dr. Muiz Banire has been suspended by the party.
He was suspended by his ward in Mushin Local Government, Lagos State, Nigeria. In a statement, the ward chairman said he was sispended for anti-party activities.
Banire has taken his party to court for not adhering to the constitution of the party in selecting candidate for the Local Government elections in Lagos.
He had averred that the party did not hold primaries to select candidates, contrary to the constitution of the party.
