
Defence Headquarters said on Tweeter that he was flown to Abuja on Nigerian Air Force jet and that he is now in custody of the security forces.
At least 100 people were killed and over 30 were injured in April 14 when Ogwuche and his colleague denoted a bomb in Nyanya Bus Park in Abuja.
He was arrested few days later after the Department of State Security Service, (DSS) declared him wanted and subsequently placed him on INTERPOL red alert.
Born in the United Kingdom, Ogwuche is a former lance corporal in the Nigerian Army with Service No. SVC 95/ 104. He alongside Rufai Abubakar Tsiga allegedly masterminded the April 14 Nyanya bomb blast.
Ogwuche is said to be the son of a colonel in the Nigerian Army, Agene Ogwuche, who served in the intelligence unit of the Nigerian Army at Child Avenue, Arakan Barracks in Lagos, between 2001 and 2006.
He was arrested on November 12, 2011, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on his way from the United Kingdom for suspected involvement in terrorism-related activities but was released to his father on October 15, 2012, following intense pressure from human rights activists who alleged rights’ violation.
He is an indigene of Orokam, Ogbadibo LGA, Benue State and studied Arabic Language at the International University of Africa, Sudan.
