December 5, 2014 – Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode who emerged winner of the primaries conducted by the All Progressive Congress (APC) has vowed to deliver Lagos State for the APC.
Ambode who called on his opponent to put aside the disappointment of yesterday and embrace the future said his emergence is victory for Lagosians.
“I promise never to waiver but to energise and mobilise our teaming supporters”, noting that he is committed to excellence.
He thanked all the delegates, for voting according to their conscience and party executive for the orderliness of the poll and transparency that characterize the process adding that Lagos deserves nothing but the best of good governance.
Ambode said the transparency exhibition signpost the beauty of our democracy, adding that he is committed to continuation of excellence.
