Moscow, March 2, 2016 – Gulchekhra Bobokulova, a 38-year-old nanny accused of beheading a little girl put under her care has said that Allah ordered her to decapitate the little girl.
Bobokulova, a mother of three, spoke to reporters on her way to a court in Moscow.
Bobokulova, a Muslim and a citizen of Uzbekistan, said she accepted her guilt but said she was acting on instruction of Allah.
She was arrested along a metro station with the head of the little girl wrapped up in a bag. At the time of her arrest, she was said to be wearing hijab.
According to local media, she pulled the head of the little girl out of a bag and began screaming that she would blow herself up after a police officer asked to verify her identity.
