KHAN YOUNIS – The Israeli Defence Forces, IDF has again opened fire on starving Palestinians waiting to collect daily ration of food at Al-Tahlia roundabout in Khan Younis, Gaza.
In a statement, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza ministry said over 45 Palestinians waiting for food were killed following Israel’s attack targeting people waiting for aid at Al-Tahlia roundabout in Khan Younis on Tuesday.
According to the ministry, the victims had gathered to receive humanitarian aid when Israeli forces opened fire.
Dozens of those injured remain in critical condition and have been rushed to hospital.
The Nasser Medical Complex is reportedly overwhelmed, with emergency, intensive care, and surgical units packed beyond capacity.
Medical teams reportedly struggling to respond, with the ministry warning of severe shortages in essential supplies.
The ministry has issued an urgent appeal for international support to bolster emergency medical aid.
