ONITSHA, Anambra -Ahead of Anambra state  2021 governorship  election ,the state  Coordinator of  National Youths Service Corps  NYSC, Mr Kehinde Aremu has advised corps members of the 2020 Batch ‘B’  stream 2  to be  neutral   in elections as they maybe engage by National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The  coordinator gave the advice  during the closing ceremony of the 2020′ B’ stream 2 orientation course at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Umuawulu/Mbaukwu on  Monday . According Aremu, corps members  are involved in elections as unbiased   umpires.

“When the time come for them to  engage you, you  must never be seen to take sides with one political party or the other, but rather ensure that the exercise is  free and fair and to stand on neutral grounds” he said .

He also  urged corps members to relate cordially with members of their host communities, noting  that no practical skill could fetch anyone income when he or she can not relate amicably with others. The coordinator charged them to engage their time in profitable Ventures, especially the post camp SAED training.

The Coordinator commended some corps members for their dedication to duty in  COVID 19 /Sanitation Vanguards, Overall Parade Commander and others.
