ABUJA, Nigeria – The Speaker, of the Lagos State House of Assembly and Chairman Conference of Speakers of State Legislature of Nigeria, Rt.Hon Mudashiru Obasa and other members of the Presidential Implementation Committee on Autonomy of State Legislature and Judiciary on Tuesday presented their interim report to President Muhammadu Buhari at Aso Rock.

The interim report detailed strategies and modalities for the implementation of financial autonomy for state legislatures and judiciary in accordance with section 121(3) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended.
