However, Free Birds put together by Relativity Media is number 5 at the box office. The film made $5.3 million after appearing in 3,071 cinemas in the US to make it to that spot on the chart.
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE LEADS BOX OFFICE WITH $161, 125
Delivery Man which is distributed by Buena Vista is number 4. The film made $8.215 million after featuring in 3,036 cinemas in the US to make it to number 4. The Best Man Holiday is number 3 at the Box Office. Put together for distribution by Universal Studios, the film made $ 12.522 million after making appearance in 2,041 theatres in the US to make it to number 3 on the box office chart.
Thor: The Dark World which maintained number one position in the last two weeks was pushed to number 2 at the box office this week. Marketed by Buena Vista, the film made $14.117 million after having a nice time in 3,713 theatres in the US to retain the second position on the chart. And then the most watched film at the box office during the week was Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
A production of Lions Gate, the film made $161. 125 after putting up a fantastic showing in 4, 163 cinemas to emerge as the hottest film at the box office at the weekend.
