ABUJA, Nigeria – The Centre for Leadership Network Initiative has commended the efforts of the Federal Road Safety Commission on their operational performance for the year 2017 and during the festive season.
The group adjudges the commission to have performed and deliver on its mandate for a safer road through the introduction of number plate verification exercise and intensive monitoring exercise.
The Executive Director of the group made this known during a courtesy visit to the commission’s Headquarters in Abuja after its review of the activities of the Commission.
The Centre urges other establishments to emulate the policy and leadership initiative of the FRSC as demonstrated in their continuous innovation and exemplary leadership style.
The Centre decorated the DCM Operations of the FRSC, Mrs. Ojeme Owhrujakpor with Platinum Leadership Award and encourages her excellent performances in the operations of the Commission and describes her as proactive, selfless and patriotic.
Responding on behalf of FRSC, Mrs. Owhrujakpor promise that the FRSC is committed to the Act setting it up and will continue to ensure a drastic reduction in road accident and safer roads.
The DCM describes the Centre’s activities as a strong contribution to leadership performance and institutional development.
