UK, July 18, 2016 – Virgin Money is Manchester United’s new financial services partner in the UK, in an alliance that brings together two innovative industry leaders.

From the start of the 2016/17 season, Virgin Money will be the Official Retail Financial Services Partner of Manchester United in the UK, the club said in a statement.
The four-year agreement will include a range of products and benefits for United’s home country-based fans, as well as Virgin Money’s three million UK customers. Commenting on the deal, Manchester United group managing director Richard Arnold described the partnership as exciting adding that it brings together for the first time two iconic brands; two industry leaders who have a reputation as innovators in their fields.
“I have every confidence the values we share will make this partnership a great success, above all for our loyal fans who will soon be introduced to a range of products that will bring them even closer to the club they support,” he said.
Jayne-Anne Gadhia, chief executive officer of Virgin Money said his organisation is proud to be the official UK financial services partner of Manchester United FC.

We’re going to create some very special products and exclusive offers designed especially for fans, with real rewards that money can’t buy.
