APC Wins 19 States, PDP Retains 8 in Governorship Race

[wysija_form id=”1″]April 13, 2015 – The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released results of the governorship elections held in the 27 states on Saturday, April 11, 2015.

Out of the states whose results were released, the All Progressive Congress  (APC) has won 19 states, while the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has won in  just 8 states.

As it is APC currently has 21 states in the kitty and likely to be 22 with the victory of Rochas Okorocha of Imo State very likely;  while the PDP has just 12 states and likely to increase the tally to 13 with Okezie Ikpeazu’s victory very imminent.  The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA)  has just one state in the dispensation.

So far results of two states are inconclusive, that is Abia and Imo State.  See below  the full results and all the names of winners state by state.
