Israelis demonstrate in Tel Aviv, blaming Netanyahu for collapse of ceasefire talk, swapping of prisoners

TEL AVIV- Israelis have continued to intensify their pressure on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to enter into a deal with the Palestinian Resistant Movement, Hamas for ceasefire in Gaza and swapping of prisoners.

The Israelis, led by many whose families are among the 110 captives still in custody of Hamas in the Gaza Strip came out in thousands at Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv demanding elections and a swap of captives.

Some demonstrators also gathered outside the residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, holding him responsible for the failure of negotiations to secure the release of captives held in Gaza.

They protested just as the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF continued indiscriminate strikes across the Gaza Strip that led to the death of civilians and fighters.

In one of the strikes, two fighters belonging to the the Youths of Liberation were killed in their vehicle.

According to reports a family including several children were wounded when the occuparion bombed tents of the displaced Palestinians in Zuweida, central, Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, two Israeli soldiers have been reported killed and a third seriously injured in an  explosion in the Gaza battle.
