TEL AVIV – The Prime Minister of Israel, Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu has fallen ill and is unable to continue for the time being.

His Deputy, Yariv Levin will take charge of Israel’s war of attrition until he is back on his feet.

According to Kann Hebrew channel Netanyahu has been diagnosed with severe hernia.

The channel reported that the PM is due for emergency surgery tonight under full anesthesia.

His deputy will now be charge. Netanyahu took ill even as he has vowed to storm Rafah in ground operation in his quest to eliminate Hamas even if President Joe Biden of the United states disagrees.

He has also been quoted as saying that Jazeera will no longer broadcast from “Israel” and we will expel the “Hamas trumpet”, he is quoted to have said.

Meanwhile, demonstrators have stormed Tel Aviv demanding prisoner swap deal with Hamas and pressure on Netanyahu government.
