August 13, 2014 – Lagos State Scholarship Board has commenced the sale of forms for the 2014/2015 bursary award for students of Lagos State indigene in tertiary institutions across Nigeria.

Executive Secretary, Lagos State Scholarship Board, Mrs. Omauton Yetunde Jegede who spoke on the exercise in her office urged newly admitted students who are indigene of the state in tertiary institutions to be part of the State Bursary award.
She further said that students who are indigene of the state in tertiary institutions who have not benefited from the bursary awards should take advantage of the programme.
She also stated that interested applicants are expected to pay and obtain their receipts for N1, 000 (One Thousand Naira) only for bursary form while Law School and Maritime Academy students will pay N2, 000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only for the form.
She added that all payment should be made at the Office of the Special Adviser on Education, Block 5, Room 314, the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja.

After which scratch cards can then be obtained at Scholarship Board Office, 254 Ipaja Road, beside NYSC Orientation Camp, Agege.
The exercise starts Monday August 11, till October 31, 2014.
