Hamas to Netanyahu: Your wounded soldiers will die due to procrastination

GAZA, Palestine – The Islamic Resistant Movement, Hamas has warned that wounded members of the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF in captivity will die in custody due to the procrastination by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Hamas issued the warning following the refusal of Israel to move to Phase II of the ceasefire and prisoners exchange deal.

Netanyahu had insisted on extending Phase I of the deal to arm twist the resistant to release the remaining captives without having to withdraw the IDF from Gaza which Phase II stipulates.

In a statement, Hamas said the extension will lead to death of the wounded soldiers .

“There are wounded Zionist military prisoners who may not have time to leave Gaza alive due to Netanyahu’s procrastination”, Hamas said adding that Israeli procrastination is a waste of time and a missed opportunity to preserve the lives of Israeli prisoners

It insisted that the movement cannot respond to Netanyahu’s malicious intentions through which he seeks to continue the war after the release of the prisoners
