YEMEN – Yemenis have threatened attacks on Israel if the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF returns to war in the Gaza Strip.
The Yemenis spoke, following threats by Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu to continue onslaught on the Gaza Strip if Hamas fails to release captives by Saturday noon as scheduled.
In a televised speech, the leader of Ansarulla movement in Yemen, Abdul Malik al-Houthi said the fingers of Yemeni fighters are on the trigger ready to respond to any Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
He warned Israel of the security, military, and economic consequences of a potential escalation of conflict, regardless of U.S. support for the regime, adding that another invasion would not be easy for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
On Trump’s recent utterance, he said the plan seeks to seize Islamic holy places; not only Al-Aqsa Mosque, but Mecca and Medina.
He cautioned Arab leaders who might be willing to cooperate with the United States in executing this plan, stressing that Americans would not hesitate to abandon them when its interest comes under threat.
