LAGOS, Nigeria – Less than 100 days since President Donald Trump of the United States assumed office, his actions have been felt globally. One area his actions have  affected people is in the dismantling of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a development that has sparked concern and criticism among experts and international observers.
