Molokwu family of Onitsha loses Aneche Mrs. Benedicta Bamidele Molokwu at 70 years

ONITSHA – The Molokwus of Onitsha have announced the death of Aneche Mrs Benedicta Bamidele Molokwu, wife of retired Col. Akunnia Ikem Molokwu, former Special Adviser on Security to Governor Peter Obi in Anambra State. 

Mrs. Molokwu, a Deaconess of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Onitsha, passed away at 70 in the early hours of December 13, 2024.

Her husband, Col. (retd.) Molokwu; a daughter, Ogechukwukamma Blessing Chimama’da Molokwu; two stepdaughters, two stepsons and step-grandchildren; a sister, Pastor Mrs. Bose Musa; a brother, Mr. James Akota Ordia Ehinomen; as well as uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and cousins, survive Deaconness Molokwu.

The family said Lying in State and Funeral Service will occur on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 06.30 a.m. at her home, 15 Ogbuli Nwawulu Street, Inland Town, Onitsha.

Interment will follow by Noon at Ehanle Ewu, Edo State.
