How Al-Qassam Brigade, a unit in Hamas infiltrated  Israel during October 7 attack

TEL AVIV – The Israeli Defence Forces, IDF has published result of its findings into  operation of the Al-Qassam Brigade which launched the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel during the Nova Music festival.

According to the publication, at least 6,000 resistant fighters infiltrated Israel during the Nova Music festival through 114 gaps and through the high walls and gates.

We gathered that about 40 resistant fighters boarded five boats and crossed into Israel from the sea.

We gathered that only two boats out of the five boats were intercepted by the Israeli security forces.

According to the publication, three boats reached Zikim, breached security and carried out major raids that left many dead and wounded.

A total of eight paragliders carried fighters, while three of the paragliders landed in Kfar, Azza and joined the resistant fighters who infiltrated from the ground after breaking the high walls.

Hamas launched at least 30 drones which attacked and damaged surveillance systems.

Besides, Hamas fired more than 4,500 rockets and mortar shells from Gaza Strip into almost all Palestinian cities occupied by Israel.

Hamas also hit air force bases like Nevatim, Ramon, Palmachim, Hatzerim and others before taking many Israelis captives.
