Israel kills 10 civil defence members in airstrikes in Lebanon

LEBANON – The Israeli Defence Forces, IDF has killed 10 members of the Civil Defence in Southern Lebanon. They were killed in an airstrikes on the Central Power Station in Bent Jabeil District earlier today.
We gathered that the station provided cover for about 35 Lebanese displaced from their villages in Southern Lebanon since Israel launched the war on Southern Lebanon.
The IDF also targeted Olayleh in Tayre and Al-Mansouri in the coastal region. Airstrikes are also reported in Kafarshouba and Khiyam town. Explosions have also been heard in Naquora, Deir Qanoun Ras al-ain, Al-Jabayn, Qana, Aitat and Zebqin.
Meanwhile, the Islamic resistant, Hezbollah has continued to fire rockets and drones into Israel. There are reports that some of the drones impacted on an army base in Western Galilee.
Rockets also impacted heavily in Qir Shmona, northern Israel, causing extensive damage to buildings in the area.
We gathered that the Branit barracks that was the military base for the 91st brigade before Israel began the war on Lebanon has been decommissioned and evacuated following continuous attacks on the base by Hezbollah rockets.
