WASHINGTON – The White House seems now sure for presidential candidate of the Republican Party, Mr. Donald J. Trump Jnr.,  after taking a commanding lead with more than half of the results counted in the general elections.

So far, he has secured 312 electoral college votes while Vice President Kamala Harris has secured 226 electoral college votes.  He is projected to win both electoral college and popular votes.

Trump took the lead very early in Indiana and won with 11 electoral college votes. In Kentucky, Trump  has also won Kentucky, pocketing eight electoral college votes. Harris however won  Vermont with 3 electoral votes . Trump shot into the lead in Florida, winning 49 electoral collage votes, while Harris got just 3 electoral college votes.

Trump has won the state of Georgia with 16 electoral college votes. Trump also won West Virginia with four electoral college votes, and was also in the lead in Carolina after securing 9 electoral college votes.

Trump has won Ohio with 17 electoral college votes and the state of Alabama with 9 electoral college votes, adding it to Mississippi, where he secured 6 electoral college votes.

Trump also picked up the 7 electoral collage votes in Oklahoma in addition to 11 electoral college votes he secured in Tennessee. Kamala Harris however doubled up in Maryland, where she 10 of the electoral college votes, 4 votes in Rhodes Island, 7 in Connecticut and 11 in Massachusetts, making a total of 32 electoral college votes.

Harris continued her run in the District of Colombia, securing 3 electoral college votes. But in Missouri, Trump secured the maximum 10 electoral college votes. In Virginia, Harris has shot into the lead with 49.5 percent against Trump’s  48.9  percent with 69.2 percent of votes counted. Trump has already won Texas with 40 total electoral college votes.

Trump is projected to win Arkansas with 6 electoral votes, while Harris is projected to win Delaware with 3 electoral college votes,  New Jersey, 14 electoral college votes making a total of 17 electoral college votes. Harris is projected to win Illinois with 19 electoral votes.

Trump won North Carolina with 16 electoral college votes. He has also won the state of Wyoming with three electoral college votes and South Dakota with three electoral college votes and North Dakota with also 3 electoral college votes.

Trump also won the state of Louisiana with 8 electoral college votes and shared Nebraska with Harris pocketing 2 electoral college votes each.  Trump also has Kansans in his kitty with six electoral college votes.  Harris  has won  in New York with 28 electoral college votes, while

Donald Trump is already winning by more than 13 percent in Florida. Harris  has won Colorado with 10 electoral college votes. In Pennsylvania, Trump pocketed the 19 electoral college votes and now leads narrowly in Wisconsin with 50.2 percent against Harris’ 48.3 percent with 59.2 percent of votes counted.

She is also in the lead in Iowa with 54.5 percent against Trump’s 44.4 percent with 16.9 percent of votes counted. Harris also won New Mexico with 5 electoral college votes and Virginia with 13 electoral college votes.

Trump wins the state of Utah with six electoral college votes,  and also projected to win Montana with 4 electoral college votes.  Harris  is in narrow lead in Arizona 49.8 percent against Trump’s  49.4 percent with 53 percent of votes counted.

Trump is also leading in Michigan with 51 percent against Harris’ 47.2 percent with 27.2 percent of votes counted.  However, Harris has won the state of California with 54 electoral college votes. She is also projected to win Washington DC with 12 electoral college votes

Harris has won the state of Oregon with 8 electoral college votes, while Trump took Idaho with 4 electoral college votes and Iowa with 6 college votes.

Harris wins the state of New Hampshire with 4 college votes and Minnesota with 10 college votes . Trump is leading in Maine and Arizona. Harris has won Hawaii with 4 electoral college votes, while  Trump has won Alaska with 3 college votes.

With all the projections so far, Donald Trump has secured 312 electoral college votes while Vice President Kamala Harris has secured 226 electoral college votes.  He is wining both electoral college and popular votes.
