WEST BANK – The Palestinian Prisoners Club today reported that Israel has released 25 Palestinian prisoners.

In a statement, the group said the prisoners were released from various prisons in the West Bank.

Among those released was Abdel Rahman Zayed of Beit Iksa, who spent 13 years in prisons and Moataz Taqaz from Tulkarem, who had spent 10 years in captivity, in addition to a child.

They their have altered appearances due to the systematic crimes committed against them by the occupation.

“These images reflect some of the impact of these crimes on them, and several of them were transferred to hospitals following their release.

Since October 7th, 2023 there have been over 11, 500 arrests in the West Bank along with thousands of citizens from Gaza.

About 10,100 others are still in Israel’s various prisons.

“This does not include all detainees from Gaza held in military camps run by the occupation army”, the Palestinian Prisoners Club said.
