Hezbollah: We have killed over 25 Israeli soldiers, over 130 others injured in Lebanon

LEBANON – The Islamic Resistant, Hezbollah says it has eliminated at least 25 members of the Special forces deployed by the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF in the ground operation in Southern Lebanon.

In a statement, Hezbollah said that at least 130 other soldiers in the IDF Special Forces were injured, stressing that the figures were arrived at from actual counting of casualties in the war front.

“The Islamic Resistance has counted, during the past few days, since the israeli enemy army announced the start of its ground operation towards the villages of southern Lebanon, the killing of more than 25 officers and soldiers in the ranks of the enemy’s elite, and the wounding of more than 130. The enemy has acknowledged some of these numbers, and the coming days will reveal what it has hidden”, the Field officer in the Islamic Resistance Operations Room said in the statement and went a step further to provide breakdown of the operation.

“At approximately 22:20 last Friday night, the Islamic Resistance fighters in the Adaisseh axis monitored an unusual movement of israeli enemy forces in the vicinity of border numbering number 405 in the outskirts of the town of Adaisseh, and the fighters made the necessary arrangements.

“At approximately 22:45, an elite enemy force infiltrated on an advance path towards the vicinity of the Adaisseh municipality building, and at approximately 23:00 the infiltrating force reached a pre-arranged ambush point, and with the call of “Labbaik Ya Nasrallah”, the fighters opened fire with their light and medium machine guns towards the infiltrating force, which resulted in the explosion of mines that the enemy force had in its possession with the aim of booby-trapping the municipality building, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of approximately 15 soldiers, and their screams and wails were clearly heard.

“The enemy rescue teams, with fire cover from military helicopters, worked to pull the dead and wounded from the site of the operation towards the occupied territories.

“At around 01:50 am on Saturday morning, another enemy force attempted to infiltrate through another path towards the Adaisseh municipality building, but the Islamic Resistance fighters confronted them with machine guns and rockets. The clashes continued for more than two hours, during which the enemy suffered losses among its soldiers and was forced to withdraw.

“At 07:00 am on Saturday morning, an enemy Merkava tank attempted to advance through a rear path invisible to the Lebanese side, towards the Bat hill in the outskirts of the town of Maroun al-Ras, but the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted it with a guided missile, destroying it and killing and wounding its crew.

“The Islamic Resistance’s fire support groups continue to target the locations of the israeli enemy’s soldiers in the barracks, military sites and settlements opposite the Lebanese border with artillery shells, rockets and heavy machine guns, achieving direct hits.

“The Islamic Resistance’s missile force continued and continues to bombard various targets at different ranges, deep in the north of occupied Palestine with intense rocket barrages.

“The air force of the Islamic Resistance continued and continues to target israeli military bases and barracks in northern occupied Palestine with squadrons of suicide drones.

“The Islamic Resistance has counted, during the past few days, since the israeli enemy army announced the start of its ground operation towards the villages of southern Lebanon, the killing of more than 25 officers and soldiers in the ranks of the enemy’s elite, and the wounding of more than 130. The enemy has acknowledged some of these numbers, and the coming days will reveal what it has hidden”, Hezbollah said.
