“We want to use this opportunity to state that Anambra women are well trained, a highly cultured and well mannered and will not reduce themselves to this act of lunacy” she said.

Nwagbo also advised Anambra women not to be used by desperate elements in the state who are out for their selfish gains, noting that the women are on the receiving end of the entire show of shame by  creating a wrong impression about women of  the state.

She  commended the police in the state  for their proactive actions, stating  that  crime fighting has received greater attention in the state to the extent that the activities of the unknown gunmen and miscreants have been reduced in the affected eight local government areas of Anambra state.
