Police storm Seun Kuti’s home for evidence
ALLEN, Lagos – Less than 24 hours after the Afrobeat crooner, Seun Kuti was remanded for 48 hours in police custody, officials of the Nigerian Police Force have stormed his home at the Akin Osiyemi Street, Ikeja.
The plain clothes policemen told his wife upon arrival that they have obtained a search warrant to look for evidence at the home of the musician.

It was not clear the nature of the evidence they were looking for but they searched every locks in the home looking for incriminating evidence like unlicensed gun, marijuana and all other evidence in their quest to amend charges make their case watertight against the musician.
Already the Seun Kuti is on trial for one count charge of assault. During the search, the atmosphere from the video now trending online was very calm, until they requested for the phone from the wife.
