LONDON, Nigeria – Presidential aspirant of the All Progressive Congress(APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu quest to address Nigerians in the Disapora on his economic blueprint if he is elected President of Nigeria met a brickwall at the Chatam House, London, where he was scheduled to deliver a lecture.
Recall that the APC Presidential candidate failed to honour Arise News Town Hall Meeting for presidential aspirants held on Sunday, December 4 but he headed with his team to London to speak to Nigerians in the Diaspora.
In his team according to media reports was former governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi among others.
Reporting on the incident in London, aide to Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, former President of Nigeria, Reno Omokri said his group stagged a very successful protest at the Chatam House, forcing Tinubu to be on the run.
According to him, Tinubu could not get out of his car to do the needful.
“Tinubu will never forget the protest we just pulled off at Chatham House. He was disgraced and could not get out of his car. He had to run away.
“The #HarassTinubuOutofLondon Protest Against Drug Lord Tinubu at Chatham House was a resounding success! We shook the drug lord Asiwaju”, he said.
