FFK’s estranged wife, Precious embraces The Rising Sun

LAGOS, Nigeria – Precious Chikwendu, the estranged wife of former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has stepped into the field of acting.

The former beauty queen is one of the actress assembled for  The Rising Sun, a film that is still in the works.

Dr. Bakia Thomas, who made the revelation said the The Rising Sun is a true African story, stressing that his dream has always been to tell the African story.

“I am first of all an African before being a filmmaker and that should reflect in the kind of film I make”, he announced, adding “  I tell  other filmmakers who care to hear,  we must create an identity  for African films and stop trying to make films in the moon like Hollywood does. Let’s tell African stories to the world”, he said.

While announcing the cast, he identified the new addition to be the lovely beauty queen, Snow White.

“ A beauty title holder has been added to the  ranks.  I am glad to announce  that the Anambra Beauty Queen Precious Chikwendu is featuring in The Rising Sun”, he said.
