Nyesom Wike joins APC, VIDEO

PORT HARCOURT, Nigeria –  Rivers State Governor, Mr. Nyesom Wike has formerly decamped from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to All Progressive Congress, APC.

He defected to the APC  just within week  after publicly endorsing Governor of Lagos State and APC candidate,Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu  for the 2023 general election at an event held by Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials, COWLSO in Lagos.

Wike also donated N300 million to COWLSO during the event.

The River State Governor said in a widely circulated video that he decided to join the APC because the PDP has not done anything for the South South throughout the period that it is in power.
