Mercy Chinwo’s husband gives her luxury car gift on 31st birthday

LAGOS – Nigerian gospel musician and notable actress Mercy Chinwo is having the best of time on her special day.

She is today celebrating her 31^st birthday and her husband has decided to make the day memorable by giving her an expensive car gift.

The musician who is so overwhelmed by the development is requesting Nigerians to thank her husband for this memorable gift.

“Tell him, I sent you than you Sweet, I love you”, she said.

Chinwo who is also a comedian and songwriter started singing at age 8 in children choir in her church. Mercy Chinwo was winner of  Nigerian Idol Season 2 in 2012.

Mercy landed her first film role in House of Gold, a film produced by Yonne Nelson where she acted as Lucia, starring alongside Yvonne Nelson, Majid Michel , and Omawumi among others..

The film won Best Picture at the Ghana Movie Awards and Best Ghanaian Movie at the 2013 City People award in Nigeria.
