LAGOS, Nigeria – African Queen crooner, Innocent Idibia better known as 2Face has renounced his role model status and apologized to his lovely wife, Annie, friends and family.
The iconic music star said he is not quitting or giving up but that he just wants to go back to his default routine, make up for lost time with kids and produce more music.
“I just want to go back to my default setting and denounce my role model status and make up lost time with my kids and give y’ all music “, 2Face said.
He confessed he has embarrassed his wife, Annie and management. “ I am sorry for all the embarrassment, I’v e caused my wife, my kids, my mother and all our families and my management team.
“I am not looking for no sympathy and I am not trying to make myself look good. This is no reverse psychology … I simply don’t want to be one to apologise always”.
He confessed that he has been a bad father, husband and daddy, and that he has no excuses for messing up. “I just want to do right by my wife and my kids and their moms and my mom and all families and manager and friends”, 2Face said.
He did not state the reason he is apologizing, but there are unconfirmed reports that he impregnated a banker, a development which has annoyed his wife hence the apology.
