Charly Boy speaks on politics of Sniper and Otapiapia

LAGOS, Nigeria – Afropop musician, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa better known as Charly Boy has reacted to the emergence of three prominent Nigerians as presidential candidates of the three major parties, the All Progressive Congress, APC, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and Labour Party, LP.

Recall that Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains the standard flag bearer of APC, Atiku Abubakar is the flagbearer of the PDP, while Peter Obi is the presidential candidate of Labour Party.

Speaking on his perception about the three prominent candidates, the King of Punk, who also doubles as Area Fada  thanked God that the former governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi joined the presidential race.

According to him, but for the emergence of Peter Obi, Nigerians would have been left with the choice of a Sniper and Otapiapia and he said, God forbid.

He eventually described the development as a miracle of God.

A sniper is the name of a mosquito repellant currently being used to kill insects, while Otapiapia, is also chemical but currently being used to kill rodents.

What Charly Boy meant may not be too clear to you but here is his expressions.

“Thank God oooo, So, if Peter Obi no commot join dis Race. We would have been left to choose between Sniper and Otapiapia. Tufiakwa😡 Humm, a miracle working God”, he said .

Charlie Boy had previously asked Nigerians a very soul searching questions: “ How many of our current political office holders would you employ to manage your business if Nigeria is a business and you are the owner?
