LAGOS, Nigeria –  The Ultimate Circle of Nigeria (UCN) a socio – philanthropic club based in Lagos Nigeria, has given a grant of half a million naira to Beth Torrey Home for Special Children located at Amuwo area of Lagos State.

The club which made the gesture on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, when its members, led by their president, Hon. Lukman Olumoh, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, to a visit on the Home, also presented the in-mates with other items worth hundreds of thousands of Naira.

A statement issued by Adegboyega Ogunosun, UCN image maker, informed that the visit was as part of the club’s social responsibility and charity works for the year.

Hon Olumoh, the Ultimate President, in his opening remarks, commended the Home’s administrator, Mrs. Temitayo Udoh, and her management team for their dedication and sacrifices in taking care of the children with special needs, noting that “only Almighty Allah could reward such a great work of humanity” being done by the entire workforce of the Home.

Hon. Olumoh assured the management and the inmates of the Home of the continued support and partnership of the Ultimate Circle of Nigeria in bringing greater succour and relief to the home, and others in need in Nigeria.

Said he: “Ultimate Circle of Nigeria (UCN) as a club and family will continue with our adoption of Beth Torrey Home. We will continue with our roles of supporting the less privileged in the country and particularly keep up our partnership and support to your Home”.

Responding, the Beth Torrey Home administrator, Mrs Temitayo Udoh, commended the Ultimate Circle of Nigeria for remaining such a back bone and great pillar of support for the Home over the years. She prayed, expressing hope that more corporate Nigerians would emulate the kind gestures of Ultimate Circle in making Nigeria a better place for all, particularly the less privileged and the challenged.

Others in the Ultimate Circle of Nigeria entourage to do the presentation included, Messrs Segun Owokade, Secretary, Abdulfatai Lasisi, Financial Secretary, Adegboyega Ogunosun the Image maker and Benard Eboreime, a member and past District Governor of Lions Clubs International.
