LAGOS, Nigeria – Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr. Peter Obi has commended the youths, the elderly and Nigerians who came out massively on Saturday for the #1millionmarch4peterobi.
Peter Obi who expressed his gratitude after the march, which saw millions of Nigerians on the street after an initial massive support on the social media said he does not take this support lightly.
He said he is most encouraged and that he is together with the youths and Nigerians in general in the task to rescue Nigeria.
“My sincerest gratitude to the CPO, Nigerians and my supporters in general who not only organised but turned up massively yesterday for the #1MillionMarch4PeterObi.

The Nigerian youths adopted Peter Obi after looking through the profile of candidate which declared their interest to run for President of Nigeria in the two major political parties, the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC and the Peoples Democratic Party , PDP.
Recall that the youths came out massively, irrespective of tribe or religion on Saturday across Nigeria to show their support for Peter Obi, the only man in the race they have seen with a proven track record of selflessness, driven by passion to rescue Nigeria from a country where states depend on handouts from the centre to survive to productivity.
