Akaeme to APGA governorship losers: Join Ibe, make power shift to Abia North real

ONITSHA, Anambra – The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA candidate for Isuikwuato State Constituency of Abia State House of Assembly 2023, Hon.Uchenna Emmanuel Akaeme has congratulated Prof. Gregory Ikechukwu Ibe on his victory as governorship candidate of the party.
Akaeme in a statement, he personally signed and made available to newsmen said the victory was a well deserved one.
” I, Hon. Uche Akaemw ,heartily congratulates my leader and mentor, Professor Gregory Ikechukwu Ibe on his victory well deserved at the just concluded All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA Governorship Primary Elections held on Sunday 29th May, 2022 in Umuahia,” he said.
According to him, the Victory was not a surprise to Abians who have been longing for positive change and impacts on our socio- political milieu of the State..
He said ” Abians love you and the APGA family has confirmed same by massively voting for you to take Abians to the promised land. You have come this far because of your large heart, support and love to Abians .Your desire to provide purposeful leadership to the good people of our dear state cannot be overemphasized. I am so blessed and happy to have identified with you”
He also expressed his appreciation to other contenders, Sir Chikwe Udensi, Major General Ijioma Nwokoro Ijioma (RTD) and Chief Etigwe Uwa (SAN) for putting up a good fight. He said they had made the process an interesting one that had helped to build a solid internal democracy for the great party .
“They have done well. I, however, urge them all, to join hands with Prof. Greg Ibe to ensure that the power shift dream to Abia North Zone becomes a reality in 2023 so we can take over Afara Government House and put Abia back on the path of progress” he added.
