LAGOS, Nigeria – Globally, there are now 409, 520, 107 total cases of COVID19 pandemic,  5, 806, 670 patients are no more, while 10, 187, 404, 881  doses of COVID19 vaccines have been administered worldwide based on the latest statistics from the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland.

According to the centre, the United States remains the most afflicted country, reporting 77, 668,969 confirmed cases of COVID19,  while 918, 760 patients have passed on, followed by India, which has reported 42,586, 544 all time cases and 507, 981 deaths, and Brazil with 27, 299, 336 all time cases, while 637, 467 patients have died.

France remains the 4th country most hit, reporting 21, 646, 561  all time cases of COVID19, while 135,534 patients are no more,  followed by  the United Kingdom, which has documented 18, 392, 122 total infections, while 160,076 patients have passed on and Russia, which has reported 13,728, 138  all time cases, while 332,727 patients are now dead.

Turkey remains the 7th country most hit, reporting 12, 834, 534  all time cases, while 90, 266  patients are now dead,  followed by Germany, which has documented 12, 247, 833 all time cases and 119, 887 deaths and  Italy now reporting 12, 053, 330  patients are no more, while 150, 824 patients have died of COVID19 .

Spain has been pushed down to the 10th country most afflicted,  with 10, 604, 200  all time infections, while 95, 995 patients have died from COVID19 and South Africa, now reporting 3, 637, 673 all time cases, while  96, 851  patients are  no more.
