LAGOS, Nigeria – Screen diva, Tiwa Savage who has said she is being blackmailed over the recorded affairs with the guy she is currently dating has revealed how the tape got out.
Tiwa Savage who was speaking on Power 105.1 FM, in the United States said “ It is not from someone working closely with her but that what happened is that the person recorded the scene on Snap and posted it by accident, but quickly deleted it.
She said someone however got a hold of the Tiwa Savage sex tape before the recorder could delete it. “It is a very short video, but it is me. It is going to be out there and I can just imaging the memes. I just found out yesterday, I could not sleep last night”, she confessed.
Tiwa Savage said she and her team tried to stall them, but later decided that she would rather own the narrative. “ I am not ashamed of it, this is someone I am dating, I am not cheating, neither is he. We are grownups”, she said, adding “I cannot believe this is happening to me. I feel for my fans because they will have to keep defending me.
“I can switch off my phone or have some one run my account so I do not see that, but my fans will feel the need to protect me; I will like my fans to ignore it”, she appealed.
