Coronavirus:  Nigeria reports 120 cases 2 deaths 1597 killed in USA

LAGOS, Nigeria – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 120 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing all time cases in the country to 211, 798.

But out of 211, 798 all time cases, 202, 692 patients have been treated and discharged, while 2,895 others could not make it alive, leaving Nigeria with 5, 941 active cases, while 3 patients died in the last 24 hours.

There are now 245,893,010 confirmed cases of Coronavirus pandemic , 4, 987,156 patients are no more, while  6,947, 883,074 doses of Coronavirus pandemic have been administered worldwide based on the latest statistics from the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland.

According to the centre, the United States remains the most afflicted country, reporting 45, 892,544  confirmed cases and 744,955 deaths(66, 446 cases and 1597 deaths#), followed by India, which has documented 34, 246, 157  all time cases, while  457, 191  patients could not make it alive(14, 348 cases and 818 deaths#), and Brazil with 21,781,436 all time cases and 607,068 deaths.

The United Kingdom remains the 4^th country most hit with 9, 021, 607 all time cases and 140,814 deaths(43, 164 cases 186 deaths#), followed by Russia with 8, 298, 850 confirmations, while 231,931 lives have been wasted(38, 805 cases and 1145 deaths#) and Turkey, which has documented 7, 961, 505 all time infections, while 69, 998 patients now dead.

France has continued as the 7^th country most hit, reporting 7, 254, 779  all time infections, while 118,589  lives have perished as a result of the pandemic(6494 cases and 28 deaths#), followed by Iran, which has  reported 5, 909, 402 all time cases, while 125,998 patients could not  make it alive(9893 cases and 123 deaths#) and Argentina which has reported 5, 286, 074  all time cases, while 115,916 lives are no more.

Spain remains the 10^th country most afflicted with 5, 011, 135  all time cases, while 87,372  patients are no more(2248 cases and 50 deaths#) and South Africa with  2, 921,589 confirmed cases, while  89, 151 other patients could not make it alive(475 cases and 47 deaths#).
