LAGOS, Nigeria – Embattled Nollywood activist and filmmaker Yomi Fabiy, who has been suspended by Theatre and Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) says he has moved on with his life.
Yomi Fabiyi who uploaded a video on the social media said he has ported to the Association Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (ANTP).
“ANTP Progress. I don port oh. Film making continues. Back to our roots. The ancestors and spirit of the Ogunde’s not asleep”, he said.
Recall that Yomi Fabiyi has been at crossroads with TAMPAN over his film, Oko Iyabo, a film he produced to expose the travails of Olanrewaju James Omiyinka alias Baba Ijesha who is on trial over his alleged assault of 14 year old girl in his office.
Besides, TAMPAN, others like, the Ada Ameh have equally called him out for what she called riding on the failings of a colleague to stardom.
