Kaduna Centenary Park, a plus in El-Rufai’s urban renewal plan
KADUNA, Nigeria -There are more than 100 parks in Nigeria. Lagos can conveniently boast of at least 10, very modern and functional. So, parks are nothing new in Nigeria but there is something special about the Kaduna Centenary Park, undertaken as part of Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s urban renewal plans for the state.
