COVID-19: Amosun donates N25 million to Ogun State
OGUN, Nigeria – Former Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has donated the sum of N25 million to the Ogun State Government as his contribution to the Ogun State Coalition Against COVID-19.
In a statement to the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the former governor said the money has been transferred and cleared into the coalition’s accout domiciled with Access Bank Account Nos. 1384210113.

“I am also in constant touch with Federal agencies in and outside Ogun State with a view to offering maximum assistance to our people in these trying times”, he said, adding that arrangments are also in place to ameleorate the challenges arising from the COVID-19 lockdown in Ogun State.
To this end, the former governor said he will support 25,000 households across the state.
He prayed for God to lead Nigeria and indeed Ogun state out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
