MAITAMA, Abuja, Nigeria – It is no longer business as usual at  Plot 175, Uruguay Street, Taslee Palm City Estate in Maitama Abuja, where Mo Atiku Abubakar, son of the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar lives.

Taslee Palm City Estate is currently on total lockdown after discovery that the son of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Mo Atiku Abubakar  is down with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mo Atiku Abubakar recently traveled to the UK and France despite his dad’s warning. According to sources at Taslee Palm City Estate, he contacted the  virus and attempted to return home but his dad asked him to stay back in the UK and get treatment but he refused and came home.

But instead of doing the right thing  by reporting to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control(NCDC) he  was said to have gone straight home to meet with his wife and 3 kids.

Mo Atiku Abubakar is married to Ahmed Muazu’s daughter. We gathered that his dad, Atiku was very angry, and personally called the disease centre to pick him up and was forcefully taken to Gwagwalada Hospital, Abuja.

Now, all his domestic staff and family members are  currently frequenting the disease centre for tests. We gathered that upon his arrival  his temperature was suspicious but he refused self isolation and test.

One of the things getting people angry in the Taslee Palm City Estate is that Mo Atiku Abubakar  allowed his children to mix up with other kids in the estate and even took them to school as normal.

We gathered that Mo Atiku Abubakar was on Friday allegedly  at PLAY LOUNGE, WUSE 2, clubbing with his wife, friends and children and at  the Juma’at Service.

We were told that as soon as the NCDC was informed, immediately an ambulance was sent to the house to get  all of the family. “A test was carried out and they tested positive. Now the whole estate is on lockdown, tension everywhere, parents are crying. This thing is real. Please remain indoors as much as possible”, a source said.
