LAGOS, Nigeria – Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has donated N50 million to COVID-19 Relief Fund as part of stimulus package to curb the Coronavirus Pandemic, which has afflicted 51 people in Nigeria with one person confirmed dead.
Atiku, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) announced the donation in behalf of Priam Group on the social media.
“To this end, Priam Group pledges N50 million on my behalf as my humble contribution to a relief Fund that will form part of the stimulus package,” he said.

Atiku also said that with the increasing number of Coronavirus cases in our country, he decided to make a passionate plea to owners of International Cancer Centre along Airport Road in Abuja to release it to FG for use as an additional facility.
“It is empty and isolated and can serve the need. In this time of National Crisis, all hands must be on deck. -AA”, he said.
