LAGOS, Nigeria – Popular Nigerian musician, Iyanya Onoyo Mbuk is in trouble over allegation of car theft. The musician was dragged to court by the police over theft of a Toyota Prado Jeep, belonging to Temple Management Company Limited.
The musician was arraigned at the Igbosere High Court on one count charge of theft.
In the charge sheet marked, LD/9024C/2019, Iyanya was accused of converting the Toyota Prado Jeep into his personal vehicle. According to the one count charge, the Nigerian Police, repreented by Chukwu Agwu said Iyanya committed the offence “sometime in September 2018 in Lagos State.
