LOS ANGELES, United States – Billie Eilish, the teenage American singer and dancer pulled the greatest shock of the year during the Grammy Awards held during the weekend. Billie Eilish picked the two most influential awards, backed by statistics and not emotion.

The American singer won song and record of the year 2019. Born December 18, 2001, Billie Eilish, who was raised up in Los Angeles, began her singing career at a very tender age but gained prominence in 2016 when she released Ocean Eyes written by her brother Finneas on Sound Cloud and later by Darkroom on Interscope Records.

Billie Eilish however made her musical debut in 2017 when she released Don’t Smile at Me in 2017. Her musical career has taken her into top 15 on Billboard in UK, US, Australia and Canada.

Her songs , When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, finished at number one spot on inaugural year-end Rolling Stone Top 200 Albums Chart.

The 18-year-old Billie Eilish closed the year with a record sales of 2.5 million album with those tracks, putting her at 400,000 more units ahead of runners-up Ariana Grande’s “Thank u, Next” and Taylor Swift’s “Lover,” both of which sold roughly 2.1 million units in 2019.
