Natasha Akpoti: One injured, SDP agent beaten as soldiers takeover polling units in Kogi
KOGI, Nigeria – Nigerian soldiers have continued to live below expectation and have continued their partisan role in the ongoing election Kogi based on reports from the field.
According to governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party(SDP), Mrs. Natasha Akpoti, the soldiers are not allowing room for free and fair election, despite the appeal made by President Muhammadu Buhari prior to the election.
At Kuroko 2, Adavi LGA, she reported that soldiers arrived the polling units and started chasing away voters to allegedly allow supporters of the ruling All Progressive Congress(APC) to embark on massive rigging of the elections.
She also reported that an SDP agent, by name Bello Mohammad Sadiq was beaten at the same Kuroko 2 and chased away and that other party agents were either arrested or chased away from the polling unit. Natasha Akpoti reported that her agent, Bellow Muhammad Sadiq was last seen at Kuroko 2 and that his whereabout is currently unknown.
Natasha who is the most admired by indigenes of the state for her philantropic activites said there was sporadic gun shots at Obeiba as she was heading off to her polling unit.

“Happening now!!! Soldiers just arrived Kuroko 2, Adavi LGA Chasing people away while allowing APC agents to rig freely”, she said in her statement on the social media.
